Our luxury van seats 15 passengers, including the driver, and comfortably accommodates up to 14 guests. If your group prefers a little extra space to relax and enjoy the ride, we recommend 12–13 guests, as a few seats are more compact than others.

Yes! Every tour is completely private. Your group will never be mixed with strangers.

Our standard tours last 4 hours.

We pick-up and drop-off from one designated location (e.g., someone's home, a hotel, an Airbnb).

All guests must be 21 years of age or older. You must present a valid government-issued photo ID at all venues.

Cancel 14+ days before your scheduled tour date for a full refund.Cancellations received 7–13 days prior to your scheduled tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.Cancellations received fewer than 7 days prior to your scheduled tour date are non-refundable.

Tours operate rain or shine. All venues have indoor seating available. However, in the event of severe weather or hazardous road conditions (such as snow, ice, or other conditions that make travel unsafe), Happy Valley Hops & Vines Tours reserves the right to delay, reschedule, or cancel a tour. If weather may impact your tour, we will closely monitor the forecast and contact you as soon as possible to discuss the best option. If we cancel due to unsafe conditions, you'll have the choice to reschedule your tour or receive a full refund.

Our goal is for everyone to have a safe and enjoyable experience. We reserve the right to end a tour or refuse transportation if a guest's behavior becomes unsafe or disruptive.

No. Our vehicle is our showroom. Smoking and vaping are not permitted inside the vehicle.

Yes! Connect your phone and enjoy your favorite playlist during the ride or send us your list of favorite songs and we'll create the playlist.

No. Outside alcoholic beverages are not permitted in the vehicle, and alcohol consumption is not allowed while riding in the van.

Please do! You're welcome to purchase bottles, cans, wine, gifts, or merchandise at any stop. We have plenty of space and keep a cooler in the van. We'll safely transport your purchases back with you.
