Participant Waiver & Release of Liability

By participating in a tour with Happy Valley Hops & Vines Tours, LLC ("HVHVT"), I acknowledge and agree to the following:

Assumption of Risk
I understand that participating in a guided tour involves inherent risks, including transportation by vehicle, entering and exiting the vehicle, walking between venues, uneven surfaces, weather conditions, and the consumption of alcoholic beverages. I voluntarily accept these risks and choose to participate.
Personal Responsibility
I certify that:

• I am at least 21 years of age.

• I am responsible for my own alcohol consumption and will drink responsibly.

• I will follow all instructions provided by the driver and tour staff.

• I will comply with all applicable laws and the policies of the venues we visit.

• I am responsible for any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or dietary restrictions that may affect my participation.

Release of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Pennsylvania law, I release and hold harmless Happy Valley Hops & Vines Tours, LLC, its owners, employees, and representatives from claims or damages arising from my participation in the tour, except where caused by the company's gross negligence or willful misconduct.
Property Damage
I understand that I am financially responsible for any damage I cause to the tour vehicle or its contents, including:

• Excessive cleaning: $150

• Vomit or bodily fluids: $300

• Tears or damage to seats or interior: $100 or repair/replacement cost

• Other damage: Repair or replacement cost

Guest Conduct
For the safety and enjoyment of everyone on the tour, I understand that Happy Valley Hops & Vines Tours reserves the right to refuse service or end my participation without refund if my behavior is unsafe, disruptive, illegal, abusive, or violates tour policies or driver instructions.
Photos & Marketing
I authorize Happy Valley Hops & Vines Tours to use photographs or videos taken during the tour for marketing purposes unless I notify the company in writing before the tour.
